| Well.... I think that a post is long overdue... So if you haven't heard/read yet... I got into FSU's College of Medicine incoming class - Class of 2013!! I'm very ecstatic and relieved. My dream is coming true. I've already read through the entire Twilight Saga, finishing early this past January. The last 2 books are just amazing!! I'm soooo glad that Jeff has FINALLY decided to read the series. I have decided to read through the series once more, now that I know the whole story and can pick up on things that I wasn't able to while reading through the first time. I finished reading New Moon early last week. Definitely is my least favorite book out of all 4...but this second time around, it wasn't as annoying to read. Reading it this second time, I actually was able to realize probably one of the most important concepts Stephenie Meyer intended for us to realize from reading New Moon. I don't think that I paid much attention to it or realized the significance of it from reading the book the first time. Also.... They're going to make it into a movie, which will be out in November. Eeeee!!! I'm VERY excited! The movie Twilight was alright (books really are better than the movies because of the lack of time restrictions and thus detail restrictions). New Moon is going to have a new director, which I think will do an AWESOME job. I can't wait to see it!

| So... I've run into an AWESOME subject that is worth a Xanga blog........ the book TWILIGHT written by Stephenie Meyer!!!
For like the past month or so, I've been hearing about the book and how awesome it is. So I got curious and was able to borrow my friend's copy. It's around 400 pages, and I read it for about 2 hours on Thursday night, 1 hour on Friday night, and ALL DAY Saturday to have finished reading the whole book by Saturday night.
And I must say....it is AWESOME! Ahhhhh!!!!! The storyline, which is a love story between a vampire and a human, is very simple, unlike the Harry Potter series. But the fact that it's basically a love story.... ::sighs:: I got hooked! I can't wait to read the other 3 books in the Twilight Saga: New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn.
And what can be even better?!?! Twilight will be coming out in theaters on November 21. :::squeals::: You can bet that I will be watching that in less than 3 weeks! I don't necessarily approve of the cast (they are not at all what I pictured them while I was reading the book), but I guess I have to wait until I actually watch the movie.

| So I have a younger cousin, Vivienne. Her and her family got the clearance to move here to the US from New Zealand. They are now living in VA, near my mom's brothers and sisters and my grandma.
My mom is sending my wooden clarinet to her for her to use in band. I was emptying out all of the stuff that wasn't necessary, and all of the memories were coming back - the 2 years of high school that I had that wooden clarinet, and the 4 years of high school doing marching band. I MISS those times. Granted, marching band was freakin' HOT and I turned BLACK... LOL But I will never forget those times, and if it weren't for band, high school definitely wouldn't have been as awesome as it was and would have been much more stressful.
Also, my mom told me to gather some of my intermediate piano books to send to Vivienne. As with my clarinet, all the memories were rushing back - those 14 years of piano. Ahhh...!
It's kind of hard to let go of 2 of the most important parts of my past... I definitely had some wonderful times with that clarinet and those piano music books...

| Helloooooooooo, Xanga!
LOL Wow, it really HAS been a LONG time since I've written on here. Time flies by so quickly, especially if you have to rethink and replan your life for the next following year... It's been SO LONG that I've blogged that I SERIOUSLY forgot how to write a blog. It literally took me like 5 minutes to finally find the "blog now" button. Oh, goodness....
Well, I took the MCAT this past Tuesday. I literally studied for like 60 days... I've never studied that much for a test before in my whole life! But it's over now and I have a life. Whew!
The next test for me to worry about is the Pharmacy Tech Certification Exam, which I will take on September 19. But I'm really not that worried about it, especially if you compare it to the MCAT.
